Tips for Storage:

Arugula/Lettuce: Store in a sealed plastic bag in your fridge. If leaves have wilted, re-hydrate in cold water, pat dry and put back in the fridge.

Radishes: Remove greens, store in a sealed plastic bag in your fridge.

Spinach: Store in a sealed plastic bag, unwashed, with a damp paper towel in your fridge.

Cilantro: Trim ends and place in a jar with about an inch of water and cover the top with a plastic bag.

Sage/Oregano: Place on the counter in a glass jar with just the ends in the water.
